The real George is a 1996 beautiful bay gelding that I have owned since 2002. I have been a horse person for most of my life and have raised and trained many horses. At one time I had 32 horses on my small horse farm ... but now I'm happy just to have one!
George is my pleasure horse and I ride him when I can ... purely for the pleasure of spending time with him and enjoying the great outdoors. However, when I became an EAGALA certified Equine Specialist in August 2010, George became an EAGALA therapy horse!!! He has amazed the therapy team with his insite, cooperation and intuitive responses to each client he works with.
